It also contributes in many ways to the WAY WE LOOK, the WAY WE THINK and the WAY WE LIVE.

Food is a tradition across the world that has always seen a change.
It is part of one`s culture and upbringing.
Ideologies about food is changing fast with globalization.
New foods and food habits are fast replacing the old ones whether it is for taste or for convenience.
Old traditional food habits are being fast replaced by new ones to accommodate our changing busy and hectic lives.
One can see a rapid exchange in food traditions in our country which is redefining it`s tourism, economics, commerce and traditional cultures.
The older generation is unhappy about this shift and the new generation is happy lapping up the new food entrants and food concepts.
Food has attained the status of fashion.
